DETAILING OF THE MAIN DIRECTIONS AND COMPONENTS FOR DEFINING MODELS FOR ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE

The subject of research in the article is perception, processing and transmission data as one components used various knowledge systems. Objective: to analyze such systems aimed at obtaining data, their dissemination, forming a base conducting assessments determine degree transformation into knowledge, formation adequate simple queries relevant bases order develop necessary competence, dissemination mastering (loss) during certain period time (phase or knowledge). following tasks are solved article: development management system from point view educational process, which reduced stable definition input output information flows, influenced by "subject knowledge" "recipient knowledge".
